Take the new Cosworth V16 of the Bugatti Tourbillon,

Use special fuel,

Add boost,

Bolt it at the back of an LMP2 chassis,

Create a streamlined carbody.

What you get is a prototype to contest the land speed record for internal combustion engine wheel powered cars.

Here is the Neosef V16 for you, set up for 1000 kph.

NB: Not optimized gear ratio, one cylinder misfiring at high RPM and still +13 000 hp.
