The Honda Nova Dash 125 is the successor to the previous generation Honda Nova, the Honda Nova Tena RS. Introduced in the mid-1990s, a massive overhaul was carried out by A.P Honda (the official Honda distributor in Thailand) on this Nova Dash at that time, such as an increase in engine displacement from 110cc to 125cc, the addition of liquid cooling, a 6-speed transmission (Type Dash RS), along with some new design touches. Not only that, the Nova Dash also underwent a refreshment in 1998 and was named New Nova Dash RS125.
