this is an Honda GX270RH engine from an Caroli Stinger GX270 go-kart. it doesnt idle, it runs if you press the starter and press q then you can go full speed with r. it goes up to 36km/h(22.37mph), has 3.5PS(3.45HP) and doesn't run very smooth. i hope you like it though...
