While making the Shadow Mk1 inspired thing, a question came to my mind:

What if, in an alternate timeline, the 1973 oil crisis and the CAFE Clean Air Act never happened? What could be the biggest V8 an American manufacturer would ever dare to shove into a car?

Well, after some research and speculation, I decided that 10.5 liters (640 ci) would be the biggest possible size before they'd have to make the car a literal semi truck, and only Cadillac (the manufacturer with the biggest V8 in a production car in our timeline) would be the one stupid enough to make such a huge engine and drop it into an ultra luxurious yank tank. And so, here it is.
