This is just a quick hack of Ange's B18C5, from the latest video on his channel, to show that you can do VTEC on multiple banks without any trickery.

TO USE THIS FILE YOU NEED TO PUT IT INSIDE ANGE'S ENGINE PACK 1 FOLDER since it uses the sound files from that pack.
