I made a 50cc four stroke single cylinder engine most commonly found in mopeds, kitted with a 70cc bore kit. It produces 11 horsepower at 7500 RPM and 8 lb-ft at 3500-7000 RPM. It has a three speed manual transmission and it can reach speeds upwards of 80MPH / 100km/h (if you're really tucked in 😁)!
