At this point the program (Engine Sim by Ange) feels like tuning my own guitar LOL, Anyways the original scripter was Gearhead Lydia, I simply tuned only the exhaust, and noise in general, and added flex for realism. I like this program a lot and having fun with tuning the exhaust for a different result. Anyways enjoy revving guys, this is the closest to the real deal thing I have ever tuned (I used NM2255's video as a reference). The performance is not correct, however the sound is another story...

Update: Increased Idle Speed (cold start like), Starter motor is now closely similar.
